It all starts with a conversation. During this call, we discuss your business, your vision, your needs, and the goals of your project. It’s a moment to get to know each other and determine the best way for us to support you.
2. Initial Meeting
This first meeting is a key step to clearly define your project. We take the time to analyze your space, discuss your needs, priorities, and the image you wish to project. This meeting allows us to gather all the necessary information to prepare a tailored proposal for your project. It’s an essential step in laying the foundation for our collaboration and is billed at $300 + tax. It’s also an opportunity to share ideas, discuss feasibility, and set a clear direction for the next phase.
3. Concept Development
Based on the information gathered during our initial meeting, we create a complete design concept that includes the layout plan, overall ambiance, material selection, furnishings, and finishes. Every choice is made thoughtfully to reflect your brand’s identity and provide a cohesive, elegant, and memorable client experience.
4. Technical Phase
Once the concept is approved, we move on to the technical phase. We prepare detailed plans for each trade electrical, plumbing, lighting, custom cabinetry, and general layout. These documents ensure precision and consistency throughout the project, serving as a clear reference for contractors and suppliers involved. Every detail is carefully considered to maintain the integrity and cohesion of the design from concept to completion.
5. Project Oversight
Offered as an optional service, our project oversight ensures seamless communication between all trades and suppliers, guaranteeing that the execution remains faithful to the design vision.
