Renovation
We rethink your interior as a whole, from the layout of the spaces to the choice of materials and the details that bring the concept to life. A structured approach that combines aesthetics, functionality and coherence.
1. Discovery call
It all begins with an initial conversation. This exchange allows us to discover your project, your objectives, and to see if our approach meets your needs.
2. Initial On-site consultation
This initial in-home consultation allows us to explore your space, discuss your needs, priorities, and desired vision for your project. 1.5-hour consultation — $300 + tax
3. Concept Development
From our initial consultation, we develop the creative direction of the project: space planning, materials, colors, built-in furniture, and lighting. The various components are designed together to create a coherent concept tailored to your needs and your space.
4. Technical Design
Once the concept is approved, we develop the technical drawings necessary for the project's execution. Depending on the scope of work, these may include plans for construction, demolition, electricity, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and other technical details.
5. Project Oversight
Depending on the scope of work, we support you throughout the project to ensure follow-up with the various stakeholders and to ensure compliance with the established concept and plans.
